7 days a week - 24 hours a day. Dispatch for our on demand cargo and passenger transport services operates 24 hours, 7 days per week. The dispatchers immediately contact pilots and drivers who are on call and always equipped with beepers and cellular phones.

Immediate mobilization. Each time the telephone rings we know that the person on the line has a high-priority need -- a need that must be filled in the fastest, most hassle free manner possible. From this moment on, we are mobilized to preserve your productivity and to assure that your crucial needs are met with urgency and ease.

One call does it all. That one phone call is the only action the customer needs to take. We take care of absolutely everything else. In the Detroit area, the cargo can be picked up in one of our trucks and brought to the airport, or the customer may ship the cargo to the airport. Either way, cargo can be loaded into our easy loading CASAs in just minutes. Immediately after loading, the planes are prepared to depart, with two professional crew members on every flight.

Constant customer communication. Constant communication is our most important asset during the entire process. We maintain a high level of contact with the customer, giving timely updates including the aircraft's estimated time of arrival. Communication is also indispensable among Murray Aviation employees and with the dispatchers at our 24-hour dispatch center at Willow Run Airport, who monitor all of our flights and truck movements.

Commitment to excellence. Currently we are operating the CASA 212/200 aircraft, the KingAir, Jetstream 31, and Saab 340 passenger aircraft, and various trucks. Immediate departures are possible with all of these aircraft and trucks, because we invest much time and energy in the training of pilots and maintenance personnel to ensure that each vehicle is staffed and maintained at the highest level of readiness. Our pilots are highly trained, service-oriented, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the most current flight technology. Our maintenance personnel meet or exceed safety standards for each aircraft and truck, making certain that each is ready to go at all times.

Hassle-free, efficient service. Even before your cargo is loaded, Murray Aviation is preparing a hassle-free flight. We use computer assisted flight planning and information from our satellite weather system to determine the optimum route to your shipment's destination. Both of these enhance the efficiency of the flight, and the information obtained from each allows the pilots to avoid any surprises.

Most sophisticated technology. Global Positioning System (GPS) technology is the latest, most sophisticated technology and Murray Aviation employs this system for direct navigation versus flying indirectly as with VOR routing. GPS provides savings in flight time and added efficiency.

International expertise. While our state-of-the-art technology allows us to identify and minimize weather problems, Murray Aviation's highly experienced dispatch personnel enable us to avoid delays and red tape that may otherwise be encountered. We have international shipping experience throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, including extensive customs experience, and we are bonded by U.S. customs. Your international shipment will not get held up in needless delays resulting from inexperience.

Commitment to passenger and cargo security. In light of world events and requirements for security, Murray Aviation operates with a Security Plan approved by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security. We have specific procedures and training directed at the safety of our passengers and cargo. Our staff play an important role in our security plan and our efforts to insure your safety.

HAZMAT certified. Murray Aviation's vehicles and people are also certified to handle hazardous materials. Our HAZMAT certification and experience allows us to deliver your materials immediately, and take care of safety concerns associated with HAZMAT shipping.
